God Doesn’t Allow

I’ve heard talk of why did God allow something like this to happen or if He really loves me why did [such and such] traumatic event happen?
Newsflash, God doesn’t allow things to happen. To blame God for something happening is to infer that He could have stopped it. God will not violate His Word (Psalm 138:2). He gave dominion of the earth to mankind and then they foolishly gave it to Satan. Satan’s purpose is to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). He’s given all people the ability to make their own decisions according to their free will. He will not override someone’s free will because that would be manipulation and love doesn’t manipulate (1 Corinthians 13:5).
God cannot act outside of love. Love is who He is (1 John 4:8). He cannot deny Himself for He is faithful (2 Timothy 2:13). Now, that’s not to say God can’t send His people to affect situations. There’s much to say about this but this post is already long enough 😉.
Trust that God is always good and that through Jesus He’s provided everything you will ever need no matter the circumstances and no matter your past experiences.
