Take God out of the box you’ve placed Him in!
I had an eye-opening experience with God yesterday. I had some preconceived notions on how healing and miracles take place. I was talking to the Lord about it and He told me I was limiting Him. Just by having these thoughts, I was limiting His power. He said He can do whatever needs to be done in anyway the person needs to receive.
Well duh! I already knew this but did not know these specific beliefs were hindering His ability to work through me. The thoughts seemed innocent enough. I wouldn’t have recognized it without Him pointing it out. These, ‘limiters,’ will subconsciously hold you back from experiencing the fullness of God.
Ask God to search your heart for any beliefs that are limiting Him. Even innocent ones. You may be surprised to find something you’ve been believing was limiting God.
