In the Old Testament, wherever the Ark of the Covenant rested in Israel, that place flourished, prospered, was blessed, and was favored. Flash forward to the New Covenant, we are now the Temple of Holy Spirit. That means we are the place that flourishes, that prospers, that is blessed, and that is favored! Wherever Holy Spirit is, that’s a blessed place.
In the Old Testament, the Spirit of the Lord would make the ground and surrounding vicinity holy. He can only enter places that are holy. Because we were made holy through Jesus, He is able to dwell in us!
Jesus became sin for us so that we could become the righteousness of God. Abraham’s faith was accounted to him as righteousness. We are sons of Abraham through Jesus blood; we have the blessing of Abraham. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We are made righteous through our profession of faith in Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. It was declared to Abraham that through his seed (Jesus) the whole world will be blessed.
We are blessed because we believe in Him! Every promise in Him is yes and amen. All believers have been given the measure of faith to receive all the benefits grace have provided. We are blessed, prosperous, flourishing and favored forevermore! Praise the Lord!
