CEO is like a father/mother taking care of children who work with them. They are receiving the blessing and sharing with everyone else. They direct the flow so as to make sure all needs are met.
CEO can’t do it all themself. They need trustworthy workers to partner with.
Work is always for someone’s benefit; whether it’s to take care of your needs so you can bless others or the service provided is a direct blessing to someone else.
Working is good! We’ve been designed with an ability to get work done. We can appreciate a well-done job. Then when we rest from our labors we can reflect on the goodness of our God to provide for us and for others.
God wants you to work! It’s how He establishes the covenant of blessing with Abraham (Deuteronomy 8:18). Working is giving of your time and energy. Working is giving. There’s a law of sowing and reaping in the Kingdom of God. Give God something to bless! We work so we can bless others and sometimes the work itself is the blessing.
